First Step

Before starting Grinding process First Clean Marble floor thoroughly avoid sand or any rough particles on the floor.

Second Step

Area in between the marble tiles need to fill with suitable grout according to color of the marble tiles and grout used previously.

Third Step

According to marble floor condition our team will grind down with a floor or angle grinder fitted with a 50-grit disc, followed by a 100-grit, 200-grit and finally 400-grit discs. Gradual spread of machine and surface levelling can be done according to the experienced operators with clear observation of the floor condition in every level.

QPC Operators make sure all scratches are removed and possible dents are restored until the final phase of Grinding process

Fourth Step

Clear polishing with buffing machine by using suitable crystallization powders and improve the shining and smooth finishing of the floor. Polishing involves various steps according to the natural stone and age of the floor.
